Veterans Day 2022: Honoring Vets and Reviewing the Valor Freezer Jacket

Epik recognizes and celebrates the heroes that fought to keep our nation free. We take time today to honor and acknowledge the service of our veterans. 

But it’s more than a holiday. At Epik, we don’t just say it. We mean it.

Honoring the incredible men and women is where the Valor line started. Now including two freezer jackets, Epik has created camo-styled freezer jackets to celebrate them. But it had to be more than style. Every garment in the Valor line donates 10% of the proceeds to the Wounded Warriors Project. Currently, We offer two camo jackets at different insulation levels. Our insulation levels are rated and defined with a GSM metric (grams per square meter). The Valor Freezer Jacket has 120 GSM, which is excellent for coolers and active freezer environments (for temperatures down to -10°F). The Valor Pro Freezer jacket brings superior insulation with bonus features, rated at 300 GSM and ready for subzero temperatures down to - 50°F. Both are incredibly flexible, equipped with powerful hi-vis, and built to take on the job. Designed for the cold storage industry, with adaptable use as outerwear for construction, roadwork, trucking, aviation, and more.
